What it does
Upload your job description, resume, and prep materials. Configure your interviewers by name, title, and type — recruiter, hiring manager, executive, or panel. Pick a framework and practice answering in text. Every answer is scored immediately. End the session and get a full debrief: patterns across all your answers, recurring gaps, and three specific things to fix before the real interview.
The problem
Practicing alone gives you the wrong signal. You finish an answer and think it was fine. You have no idea whether your story was specific, whether you said "we" instead of "I," or whether the metric actually landed.
The harder problem: reconstructing the event, structuring the story, and editing your words in real time are three separate jobs. Trying to do all three at once is what causes the stall — the filler words, the lost detail, the drift.
