RepRoom
AI interviewers built from your job description, resume, and the person actually interviewing you. Every answer scored against your chosen framework, broken down by component, and rewritten using your own stories.
What it does
Upload your job description, resume, and prep materials. Configure your interviewers by name, title, and type - recruiter, hiring manager, executive, or panel - and optionally paste their real LinkedIn or bio so the AI asks the way they actually would. Pick a scoring framework (STAR, SOAR, MMMC, or PARA) and answer by text or voice. Every answer is scored immediately. End the session and get a full debrief: patterns across all your answers, three things to work on, and one focused priority before the real interview.
The problem
Before every interview, I research the hiring manager on LinkedIn, document company news, format my answers against a framework, draft a 30/60/90, and rehearse until it sounds crisp.
I did that every time, then rehearsed alone, with no way to know if the answers would actually hold up. The research was never the hard part. Not knowing if it would work under a real follow-up was.
What you walk away with
A score on every answer, broken down by framework component - what you said, what was missing, and a sharpened one-to-two sentence version of just that piece. An assembled model answer, built from your own stories. A session debrief with patterns across every answer, three things to fix, and one focused priority to carry into the real interview. A full exportable transcript.
